Cutting Specialist
Marie has been in the industry for over 25 years and her passion took her to London where she experienced all avenues of hairdressing.
Now at Taylor's for nearly 7 years, her passion is still as strong, in highlights , tints and as a cutting specialist. She loves a short haircut as much as strong curly hair, big bouncy blowdries. She is currently in Taylor's Rayleigh on a Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
William
Senior Stylist
Will has been hairdressing for 18 years and has worked at Taylors for 13 years!
During his time in the hair industry he has collected a portfolio of certifications including; NVQ Level 2 & 3, Schwarzkopf Artistic License, Schwarzkopf Colour Specialist, Schwarzkopf Balayage Techniques, L’Oreal Creative Cutting, L’Oreal Semi finalist and Balmain Paris Extensions! Will has such a passion, love and flare for all of his clients' hair desires and ideas. He loves to be challenged after 18 years experience and is always learning. Colour Specialist
Lily has been at Taylor’s since 2018 and is a qualified colour specialist. Her favourite thing to do is lived-in blondes, as she loves how it’s so tailored to the client. With a good consultation Lily can get you on the right track to achieving your dream hair! Lily also loves hair extensions as they are so versatile to add length, thickness and pops of colour. Ami is a seasoned hairdresser with over 20 years of experience working in prestigious hair salons. Expert Stylist & Colour Specialist
Dana is well known for her exceptional balayage techniques at the salon. As a certified colour specialist, she has a degree in Colour. She also excels in creating stunning hair-up styles for special occasions. Dana is available on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Manager, Premium Stylist
In 2021, Billie was honoured to win the Stylist of the Year award for all of Essex, a testament to her passion and skill in the industry. As a dedicated hairdresser and colour specialist, Billie has been bringing hair dreams to life at Taylor’s Hairdressing since 2010. Stylist
Alice is an advanced stylist and has been at Taylor’s since 2017. She loves to create seamless colours with different techniques such as balayage and highlights. Her favourite thing to do is create a bespoke colour for each client to make them feel amazing when they leave the salon. Alice is happy welcoming new clients on a Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Stylist
Bailee started at Taylor’s in Rayleigh as a Saturday girl in 2017, and has always had a passion for hairdressing. She has built up a fun and steady clientele base but is always looking to grow. She particularly enjoys creating beautiful balayages as this is one of her most requested services.
