Chris Taylor
Owner & Manager
Since opening Taylor’s Rayleigh in November 2006, Chris is always developing the business and the team. Chris loves seeing the Taylor's team grow and going from strength to strength. Expanding the team's skill set and making customer experience is key. Taylor's Southend opened in June 2016 and Taylor's now has over 15 stylists all with their own fantastic personality and experience.
Emma
Rayleigh Manager
Emma has worked at Taylor’s for over 13 years. She is our Racoon hair extension technician and is also qualified in Balmain hair extensions. Emma is the manager of the Rayleigh Salon and has a vast hairstyling skill set. Emma works in the Rayleigh salons on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays and at Southend on Thursdays and Saturdays.
Dana
Rayleigh Expert Stylist & Colour Specialist
Dana is an Expert Stylist at Taylor's Hairdressing with over 10 years in the industry. She is one of our colour specialists, having been trained to the highest possible level of colouring, completing the prestigious L'Oréal Colour Degree. She loves a colour change and is one of our top balayage experts with a passion for creating bespoke, freehand colour, styled with her signature soft waves and textured boho feels. William
Rayleigh Senior Stylist
William's achievements include; Schwarzkopf Colour Specialist, Schwarzkopf Artistic License,
L’Oréal Creative Cutting, Balmain Hair Extensions
and the L’Oréal Colour Trophy Finalist. William has been at Taylor’s for an outstanding 9 years! Will is one of our busiest stylists at Taylor’s Rayleigh, so re-book before leaving to avoid disappointment. Will prides himself on his L’Oréal & Schwarzkopf colour knowledge and always provides great advice through a thorough consultation. Get excited and let’s create magic!
Victoria
Rayleigh Premium Stylist & Colour Specialist
(returning from maternity leave on 1st September)
Victoria is quickly building up her portfolio of achievements, her latest gaining a place on the L'Oréal ID Artist Team, and the Racoon Artistic Team. She has worked at numerous London Fashion Weeks and was a member of the Schwarzkopf young artistic team in 2016. She’s certainly not one to shy away from a challenge! Victoria is one of our colour specialists, having been trained to the highest level of colouring by completing the prestigious L’Oréal colour specialist degree. Ami
Rayleigh Expert Stylist & Cutting Specialist
Ami has gained a huge amount of experience from working in the hair industry for over 16 years in a number of big-name hair salons. She is one of our cutting specialists and is confident with all hair types, but loves short hair cuts and colouring. Ami's latest training course was the L’Oréal Academy's Advanced Cutting Inspiration in London, and has really pushed Ami's cutting to the next level. Booking ahead is always advised as Ami she is in very high demand!
Bailee
Rayleigh & Southend Stylist
Bailee has been with us since 2017. She’s always had a passion for hair and her favourite thing to do is colouring. She especially likes doing balayage as she like to create unique ways for her client. Bailee works at the Rayleigh salon on Wednesday, Thursdays and Fridays, and Southend salon on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Marie
Rayleigh Cutting Specialist
Cutting is Marie's passion. She has over 20 years experience and loves her job just as much as the day she started. She loves a challenge and welcomes all kinds of cuts. Whether you have fine hair and would like to make it fuller or you have super thick hair and would like some weight taken out. Marie work s in our Rayleigh salon on Mondays & Saturdays.
Matt
Southend Stylist
With his expertise in cutting, Matt is sure to bring a fresh perspective to our salon.

Rayleigh Advanced Stylist
Lily has been at Taylor’s since 2018 and her favourite thing to do is hair extensions as they’re so versatile; you can add length, thickness and pops of colour. Gill
Premium Stylist
Gill is a premium stylist at Taylor’s Rayleigh.
She has over 12 years experience in industry.
She has previously worked in Scotland and Jersey, and is now based in Essex.
Jill loves creating long-lasting colour using different techniques such as freehand balayage and highlights. She enjoys learning new skills and techniques for keeping up to date in the industry. Gill works Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Alice
Rayleigh & Southend Stylist
Alice has been at Taylor’s since 2017. Her favourite thing to do is balayage & highlights, she loves the challenge of making someone blonde as possible and transforming someone’s look so they go out the salon looking and feeling great. Alice works at the Rayleigh salon Monday, Wednesday & Friday and she also works at the Southend salon on Thursdays & Saturdays.
Billie
Rayleigh Manager, Premium Stylist
Billie is Manager at our Rayleigh salon, and you will find her on some Fridays working her magic at the Southend salon too. She has been part of the Taylor's family for over 10 years. Billie is confident in every aspect of her job, especially balayage and highlights. When she’s not running a busy column she is helping our assistants with their training and helping them grow into amazing stylists. With Billie there is never a job too big or small.
Megan
Stylist
Megan has a deep passion for coloring hair, especially balayage and highlights. She also enjoys creating stunning color changes and experimenting with vibrant and creative shades. Her ultimate goal is to make her clients absolutely adore their hair. In addition to coloring, she loves styling hair, crafting beautiful curls and waves to give clients the perfect finishing touch. Megan works at our Southend salon on Wednesdays and Fridays, and at our Rayleigh salon on Mondays and Saturdays.
